Credit Union volunteer receives Heart of Salford Nomination
At the Heart of Salford Awards in December a loyal Credit Union volunteer was given a certificate to confirm her nomination in the Community Volunteer Award category. Marian is one of the founding members of Salford Credit Union- helping to set up one of the original organisations, Mandley Park Credit Union in 1988. Since then she has been actively helping the Credit Union in a wide range of ways- and her input and boundless enthusiasm has been very important in helping the Credit Union grow.
The Heart of Salford Awards was held on 7 December 2015 at Buille Hill. These prestigious annual celebrations which celebrate local volunteering are brilliantly organised by Salford CVS and always very well attended.
