We’re working hard behind the scenes to improve our services and products to help established and new members. We are upgrading our IT systems which should help us respond more quickly to applications and queries.
As part of this work we are planning to launch an App before Christmas, where members can check balances and apply for withdrawals.
We are looking at our loan products to see what more we can do to help people through these difficult times. And we are working with local partners so we can help guide you to services which may be of help.
